Good quality storage and friendly staff. Only problem is they are raising the price per month by nearly 62% in December.

Pinnacle just told me that my rent would jump up 61 PERCENT on December 1. There's no way that I'm accepting that large an increase! So I've moved out. I've used this facility for over a year on auto-pay and have never given them an ounce of problem, and I'm not going to accept being treated like that. When this location was owned by Extra Space Storage, the rent was far more reasonable and I was never subjected to that sort of draconian increase. SIXTY-ONE PERCENT IN A SINGLE MONTH? You're out of your mind.

I had car trouble while in the parking lot of Aldi’s grocery store next to Pinnacle Storage. Brad was out picking up trash in the parking lot of Pinnacle Storage and noticed I was having trouble and offered help. I will absolutely refer all my friends and family to Pinnacle Storage. Tammy was amazing! She went out of her way to make sure that our moving process went as smooth as possible. I had already picked out and reserved a unit two weeks prior and when we arrived she knew right then that we would need a bigger unit to be able to fit everything. We are so thankful she did because it saved us the headache of having to move everything over once we realized it wasn’t big enough. She even went with me to the access doors to make sure the code worked! I would definitely recommend Tammy and Extra Space Storage to anyone that is looking for storage.

Tammy was very friendly, professional, and went out of her way to provide us with a wonderful customer experience! I asked to see two different size storage rooms, needing to visualize the actual size to determine what would fit our needs. Once decided, Tammy went over all the paperwork with me in detail, answering any questions I had. She even went with me to the access doors to make sure the code worked and there were no issues. The faculty is clean, well lit, and I feel safe and confident storing our household goods here.

Great place for storing stuff. All spaces were nice and clean when I was looking for the right size and customer service was great.

Best experience I could have had. I wasn’t even done with the paperwork online on my rapid rental and I was already receiving a call from a team member to offer assistance. When I got there she showed me how to get to my unit and upgraded my locks for maximum security. Highly recommend these guys! That’s without saying how clean and professional the space is!

Quick and easy process

First and most important, this storage facility is immaculate! Extremely clean! Online rental process is very easy and also offers a discount for doing it online versus in person. Great prices for climate controlled, too. Also, they provide you with a lock and access to their rolling carts that are always on standby right inside the front door. Steve at the front desk was awesome! Needed some assistance changing my rental reservation after we got there, and he went above and beyond to accommodate my request on the spot! Thanks Steve!

All I can say is that the manager is awsome he was really freindly and understandable . We talked on the phone and discussed a storage unit for my family and when we came to check it out we didn't like it so he moved us with no problem he help us get more of what we wanted . It's a new storage location and very clean in side , very affordable . There is enough space for a semi truck to come in and turn around . We definitely well recommend this storage to others . You guys are doing a great job with keeping your costumers happy especially for being open for less than 1 year way to go .

This place is fantastic! Upon arrival I noticed how clean the facility was compared to the past units I’ve rented. The management was extremely helpful and answered any and all the questions I had.
