We were looking for climate control storage. We definitely found the jackpot! If you could describe storage units as beautiful, that is the description of Pinnacle's storage units. The units are extremely clean. As a matter of fact, the entire place is extremely clean and neat. You must have a code to enter the gated area where the storage units are located. Of course, you lock your unit. We feel comfortable that our belongings will be safe and secure. Lori helped us. Wow! She was very knowledgeable and very helpful. She went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and make good choices. She will also make you smile! I highly recommend Pinnacle Storage.

We are building a house in Sunset Landing right next door and needed a climate control storage facility. Lori and Bob helped us over the phone and in person to pick the right size unit and were so helpful and easy to deal with. You could eat off the floor in our unit, the whole facility as far as that goes. 1st time ever using a storage facility and have NO PROBLEM recommending Pinnacle at all. You won't be disappointed.

Super clean, private gate and controlled environment. Had to wait untill my house was finished and they came in clutch. Good promotions for the unit again. They are the top of my list if I ever need them again.

Very clean & easy to access storage facility. Arrived with a 26’ truck full of moving storage & the gate, parking & unloading logistics were well beyond my expectations. Also, very friendly staff!

They wanted to sell our condo where we were renting so we had to find a storage unit to rent...I searched online and called several...pinnacle was within our area and our budget so we went in to take care of everything...Mal was there and he made it so much fun....who would think you would say that about renting a unit?...the unit we got was just the right size...the entire area was so neat and clean...even their bathrooms were clean...while we were moving our stuff in someone was even there mopping throughout the building...in our years we've rented several units but I will have to say that so far this has been the best experience and the cleanest one...thank you Mal for taking the stress out of storage and for being such a great and fun guy...I give you a hundred out of ten!!!!!! We will definitely recommend you to others.

Mal Was helpful, cheerful and warm. Pinnacle storage it’s so clean you could eat dinner off the floor. I did my homework for location and price and I highly recommend this location, which is very convenient to the North Myrtle Beach area and very affordable, especially if you will be long-term. I got pinnacle a new customer before I even rented my own unit. There is no better advertisement for a business than word-of-mouth.

Rented a storage unit. The manager, John was professional and friendly. He provided me several options and informed me of the different move-in specials. The unit and facility appeared immaculate.

This is one of the best experiences that I have ever had when dealing with a storage facility. I would highly recommend them to anyone needed storage in the Hwy 57/Hwy 9 area.

My experience with this Uhaul location was excellent and the help I received from both Betty Polite and her associate John was outstanding. They explained all the options available to me and also found the best deal available. I highly recommend them because of their professionalism and courtesy.

Exceptionally clean. The managers are very helpful and very pleasant. The rates appear to be high when looking on the internet but with promotions and discounts it was actually the best deal.

I Looked around the little river area for a boat storage facility, most were not very secure looking nor had auto access. I stopped a Pinnacle storage in little river and this looked very good. The manager and sale folks were great. They gave me a good spot for my boat trailer. Very reasonable rate. I'm very satisfied. Recommend them. Regards, John Scaturro

I'm selling my home and wanted to store stuff I don't use. This facility is ideally close by and priced better then others in the area. I don't like the design of the "one way" in and out of the facility but not a big deal. It's a 5 star facility for me.
