Great for commercial use when units are area. Can accommodate larger vehicles such as boats and motorhomes when there are available units. Gated property with keypad access.easy to get to from route 31.. if you get hungry moving all your stuff there is a Wendy's across the street.

We had a great moving experience with this place. The facility was very organized and clean. Jamal and Brenda were both very professional and great to work with. We would definitely recommend this facility.

We rented a larger RV unit for about a year and a half while we were getting a barn ready. Very clean property and friendly folks. Never had a single issue during our rental period.

Pinnacle storage is awesome jamal who greeted me at the door and helped me with all my stuff .I must say an awesome person great attitude and this place should truly give him a raise for all the hard work you put in to making my experience better than ever .I must say if it wasn't for him I don't know what I would do But if anybody needs any kind of storage you can count on him to help you out truly an awesome person and awesome experience

Came here today to rent a U-Haul! Customer service was great out of this world. U-Haul sucks. I can't give this person more than a 5-star I wish I could because his customer service it says volumes this is how you supposed to treat someone who come to your store for help! We'll go back there if I need a new another U-Haul or if I need a storage place customer service

Clean, climate controlled, and management on site! That says it all because there is great peace of mind in knowing your things are secure and safe from damage! But let me take this opportunity to really emphasize how friendly the lady was in the office! It seems in recent years that courteous customer service is no longer a standard when working with the general public. This seems even more so since the pandemic struck. I hadn’t called ahead and haven’t had much experience with renting storage units. She welcomed me into the office and patiently answered my gazillion questions. She was beyond helpful and extremely personable! She made the process very efficient and easy! You just don’t find strangers that treat you that well anymore. I rented the storage because I am in the process of selling my home. With all that goes into that process as well as with approaching a relocation, ease of any part of this move is a true blessing! So thank you so very much for that! It means so much to me during this time in my life.

The staff is incredibly friendly. The facility is immaculate and happens to be in an excellent location for me. I was very excited to find indoor RV storage that gives me peace of mind. The rates were fair once factoring in the specials for signing. I would highly recommend this location.

The staff here is great! I never had an issue getting to my unit, or getting help from the staff. The place was always clean and well maintained. I had a conditioned unit so my belongings were taken care of.
