Our low-cost coverage options protect you in the event of fire, burglary, lightning, vandalism, and other perils. We always say the best compliment we can receive is a referral—and what better way to reward our friends! It's easy: Just tell your friend to mention they were referred by YOU when they call or come in to rent their unit. We'll do the rest!
- Apartment & Condo Referral Program
If you are an apartment and/or condominium owner or property manager, we would love to work with you! For every person you refer, we’ll pay you a referral fee PLUS your tenant will receive ONE FREE MONTH RENT when they move in.
We will provide you with coupons, facility information, and storage rates for your new renters’ packets. We will also provide flyers to distribute to your existing tenants. As an added bonus for your tenants, we provide moving and packing supplies and truck rental services.
