Went up to secure a storage unit for my parents, the two ladies at the front were beyond helpful, courteous, kind and went through great lengths to help with my parents upcoming move. We booked a unit based on the spotless facilities, the security, but above all, the outstanding customer service I received on my visit. Would highly recommend to anyone else looking for storage needs! Great folks!

Had to rent a tow dolly to get a friends vehicle back home in Charlotte, NC (375 miles away) Upon first phone call there, they were very helpful and courteous. Julie was nothing less of AMAZING and I was very appreciative of her kindness and thoroughness. I highly recommend this facility to assist with your moving or storage needs!
