One of the upgraded climate controlled storage units in Wilmington. I personally enjoy when I get a chance to work here.

I can't imagine a better storage facility! The building and grounds are clean, expansive, easy to navigate, and the climate controlled units offer peace of mind to protect your belongings. Allie and the staff were extremely professional and easy to work with, and made our move to Wilmington that much more enjoyable. Alie is the best. She solved our storage problem for our move across the country when others weren't able too.

I would give this place 6, 7, 10 stars if I could! After a long afternoon wrangling with a large corporate operation that would not honor our reservation, the staff at Pinnacle found us a unit at their facility and checked us in in a matter of minutes. Additionally, we were driving around with a u-haul trailer that we needed to return and they called around and found us a place to return it that was located close by their location. Otherwise we would have had to go 30 minutes in the wrong direction to return the trailer. Thank you so much for saving the day and going above and beyond!

The staff at Pinnacle Storage were so kind and compassionate. They helped my family and I navigate a very painful loss. We needed a place to store some things related to our loss. The staff were kind, helpful and respectful. I was so touched by the care they expressed. Those small acts of kindness and sincerity have such a huge impact on each of us.

I was recommended here by my grandma and was anything but disappointed. My family has had a lot of bad luck this past year and this company and their workers are some of the most hospitable and genuine people I’ve met. They did everything and anything to help when I had problems with the lock and keys. Always were reliable and kept my things safe until I reached a home. Just wanted to say thank you to pinnacle storage for being so kind to me. Definitely will come again

We moved from DC to Wilmington 8/18/21. Our housing was not completed and we needed extra storage lockers. Pinnacle was super accommodating and gave us 5-10x10’ lockers next to one another. Cheryl and Ally were both sweet and professional. This made the move so far better than it would’ve been. Hopefully we move 2 lockers full of furnishings to our temporary apartment on the 31st. We will then need to spread our belongings out in order to find things we need. We highly recommend Pinnacle Storage for all your storage needs. Can’t image any other storage is better. Alie was very nice and helpful! She helped me pick out a unit size, a truck size, and even helped me schedule movers to come help!

I store my RV as well as have several climate control units here at the Gordon road facility. Move in is a breeze with the provided carts. Always clean and well maintained facility. Allie and Cheryl in the office are a joy to work with and are extremely helpful and efficient when renting storage space and renting uhauls Great place with even greater people

The woman at the front desk was a sweetheart! This was my 1st time getting a storage unit ( usually my husband does it ) well she walked me through everything even got a military discount. She even drove me herself to show me where my unit was and where all the gates and stuff are. They also had the size a needed and gave me a unit where it would be easy for us to get to it with our trailer attached. Thank you so much so happy you were recommended to us!!!!

This is the second time that I have had to store my belongings. This is by far the best storage facility. Clean, safe and the staff is great. Would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage.

Extremely clean facility and storage unit! The automatic door & lights as well as readily accessible hand cart makes the entry to my unit everything I could ask for. Wow! I had absolutely no expectation that I’d want to quickly give a 5-star review for my experience at a self-storage business. This is my first time using a storage unit business and I was impressed. Allie and Cheryl are delightful and efficient. Cheryl was my first contact by phone and Alie handled all my paperwork, in person, when I arrived. I live out of state and had to accomplish a lot in a little bit of time. From the moment I walked in the office door until I left Allie was the epitome of excellent customer service. The facility is “white glove” clean and well lit. The convenience of the app makes accessing the unit simple is a great option instead of keeping up with the units two keys. Overall, I’m glad I found Pinnacle storage online. The other storage unit facilities need to step up their game! And lastly, the office smells so daggone good I went and bought the same plug-ins they use.☺️

At the end of 2019 I was going through a difficult move. The Uhaul had complications, causing us to arrive a day late, when all storage units in town were closed, even the one we had reserved. Lucky for us, Pinnacle was open Sundays, and were able to accommodate us. They even helped us with our Uhaul situation and getting our truck returned! Everything has been absolutely seamless and stress-free with Pinnacle on Gordon Road. After moving out we were overwhelmed for a few days and I couldn't call them right away to close our account. When I did call them a few days after moving, they'd already taken care of everything! They were on top of everything and had everything we needed, and I'm so grateful to them, their availability, and their exceptional service. If you need storage in Wilmington, look no further, Pinnacle is it! THANK YOU!!!

Our family has rented a storage unit at the Gordon Road location for a year and a half and could not be more pleased. The place is very clean and well looked after. Alicia, Cheryl, and Brian are outstanding in how they go out of their way to keep all of the tenants happy. Way to go!

We had such a great experience there due to Miss Cheryl at the front desk.....WOW she was great!!!!! When we got there we were having a bad day due to moving into a house we couldn't move into...she made it better..Thanks again to Cheryl and would defiantly use Pinnacle again.

Alecia was incredible in showing us around the facility, which is impeccably maintained. We were given the option of several climatized units as well as quite a few non climatized as well. The entrance is state of the art as well. All in all, a very impressive storage facility with great staff as well as clean, modern storage units as well. Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough great things about the managers of Pinnacle Storage on Gordon Road. Rarely have I met people who care more about anticipating and meeting their customers' needs. Thank you for making this experience less stressful. This facility is clean and easily accessible. I will never use another company for storage!

Getting set up was pretty easy, and the facility and staff seemed great thus far. My only issue (a minor one) was that the online setup was a bit confusing because it sent my info to a different location than the one I Reserved at. We got it straight, though, so no worries.

I have been storing my RV and Car trailer here since they made spaces available. HIGHLY recommend this business. Cheryl and the rest of the staff are awesome and alway try to accommodate my ever changing needs for temporary storage.

I was recently displaced and had to scramble to find a storage unit. Found this place on google, not only is it affordable but Sheryl(sic) at the desk was not only super friendly but also super helpful when it came to finding other sources that will aide me with disaster relief! Great employee dont let her go!

All storage is not created equal. If you are just comparing space between vendors you may find that Coastal is competitive, but maybe not the cheapest. As soon as you start working with them and other storage places you will find out that you get what you pay for! The space @ coastal was new, so it was clean, cool (for the time we were there it was 90+ degrees outside) and easy to access from Gordon rd. It was exactly what we expected. What we didn't expect was the professionalism, generosity and courtesy of the staff. Every experience we had with them was 5 stars. Just one example of many... on moveout day, we had a team of 8 packing our storage into a Uhaul truck for a move. It was the normal hot, muggy summer day and the staff checked in on us and brought us cold bottles of water. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I have recommended them to all my friends and family in the Wilmington area... they are definitely above and by far the best in the area.

Immaculate and well-lit corridors and units, as well as a friendly and professional staff. Brian and Cheryl were always promptly responsive with communications and were very helpful on our move out day, helping to ease some of the stress of that. I would recommend Coastal Mini Storage of Gordon Road if one is needing to store their items.
